Delivering some very unique spaces
About Acorn Works
Formed in 1998, Acorn Works was the result of 30 years’ collective experience in other organisations and industries.
Paul, Chris and Steve brought together backgrounds from environmental design, manufacturing and fabrication, commercial interiors and warehousing logistics into a cohesive unit putting the customers’ ideas first.
Working from our modern environmentally constructed offices at the EcoTech Innovation Business Park in mid-Norfolk, we work predominantly in East Anglia (Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire) but with customers as far afield as the Midlands and the East of Scotland.
Let Acorn Works design, build and manage your commercial refurbishment project while you get on with what’s important to you – running your business.
Workspaces That Work
Using the latest workspace design techniques, Acorn can help change the look of, and even the way you feel about, the place that you work.
No Sales People
No hard sell, no constantly changing faces. The person who first deals with your enquiry will be the one who delivers your finished project.
Using direct-employed specialist site installers means we maintain the highest standards right through to the final validation of your facilities.
Trained Contract Managers
Both small projects and large industrial installations can require the co-ordination of many specialist trades.
Our contract managers are trained and accredited to CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) standards and have decades of experience.
3D Design & Walk-Throughs
Our customers benefit from AutoCAD designs, in-house 3D and walkthrough capability.
Our up-to-date systems integrate with most industry standard formats. Layout drawings can be specially produced or modified and issued for various purposes.
Approvals & Permissions
Helping you meet your legal duties under Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
If acting as CDM co-ordinator on notifiable projects, we can deal with building control, planning permissions, landlord approvals and even listed buildings officers.
