New QA Lab with Office Partitioning - Norwich, Norfolk

If your production is hyper-sensitive to contaminants and you need to build a new laboratory and office with office partitioning right next to your manufacturing machinery, you need a contractor who is very used to working within very tight controls when delivering your project.

Acorn Works designed, planned and executed this short, two week build within a temporary polythene screen without allowing any dust out of the working area.

Relatively simple pair of office partitioning “boxes”, one for the shift manager’s office and one for the QA function were constructed right in the middle of the production hall and included self-supporting beam suspended ceilings, new comfort cooling, power and data installations, vinyl flooring and washable, hard wearing decorative finishes.

Completed internally with new laboratory benching and batch sample tray racks, this compact turnkey project was handed over on time and on budget with no contamination of the surrounding areas.
